White Fused Alumina is made from high-quality Bayer processed alumina by fusing in an electric arc furnace at high temperature. It has high hardness and better cutting characteristics. It is suitable for manufacturing of vitrified and resinoid tools, and for lapping, polishing, and blasting. can be used to make engineering ceramic and superior refractory products.

Black Silicon Carbide is produced in an electric resistance furnace from quartz sand and petroleum coke or anthracite at high temperatures. The hardness and sharp particle shape of this material make it suitable for manufacturing grinding wheels, coated products, wire saws, superior refractory materials, and deoxideiser as well as for lapping, polishing, and blasting.
