Dry Blast

Pressurized Dry Sand Blasting Machines adopt pressure pot to hold abrasive media. When the foot pedal is depressed, air pressure is released into the pressure pot, pressurizing the pot and then forcing the media from the pot through the blasting hose to the blasting gun and nozzles.
This machine can complete the cleaning of the rough surface, oxide skin, residual salinity, burr of cast or forged work-piece, welding piece, heat-treated work-piece, punched or pressed work-piece and some mechanical processed pieces, and it can also applied for pre-processing before spray-coating, electroplating, etc.
This machine can also uses glass beads for blasting to strengthen and polish the surface of parts and components.
This machine is very suitable for small-scale production of medium or small single parts.
